Terms of Use

These terms cover the ghact.com website — the institutional pages, the blog and the forms. The GH Potens application has terms of its own, covering accounts, plans and billing, and those are the ones that apply inside it.

This is a courtesy translation. The Portuguese version is the one that decides in case of any divergence, because the company is Brazilian and the applicable law is Brazilian.

1. Who offers this site

2. What it is for

The site introduces GH Act, what we do, the affiliate programme and GH Potens, and publishes articles about marketing, sales and people development.

The content is informative. It is not contracted consulting and not a personalised recommendation for your business: a published article does not know your case. Decisions made from it are yours.

Nothing here promises a result. Figures and timeframes quoted in articles are market references, and your business may behave differently.

3. What you may do with the content

Read it, share the link, and quote short passages with attribution and a link to the original page. What you may not do: republish a whole article elsewhere, use the content to train a third party’s commercial model, or present it as your own.

Text, images, brand, logo and the name GH Potens belong to GH Act.

4. When you write to us

The contact and affiliate application forms exist so you can talk to us. By sending one, you state that the data is yours and true.

Do not send other people’s personal data, sensitive data, passwords or another company’s confidential information. Email and web forms are ordinary channels, not secure ones for that kind of thing.

We may not reply — and we will say so when that is the case — but we do not sell, rent or hand your contact details to anyone. What we do with them is in the Privacy Policy.

5. Affiliate programme

Taking part in the programme has its own rules, in the Affiliate Programme Terms. Sending an application through the site creates no relationship: the programme starts when the application is approved and the terms are accepted.

There are links to third-party sites — LinkedIn, the application, tools mentioned in articles. We do not control what happens there, and those sites’ terms and privacy practices are theirs.

7. Availability

We do what is reasonable to keep the site up and correct, without promising uninterrupted operation. It may go down for maintenance, and content may be corrected, updated or removed. When an article is corrected on a relevant point, the update date changes with it.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GH Act is not liable for lost profits or for business decisions made from the site’s content. Nothing here removes rights granted to consumers by the law of their country.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change them. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the end. A relevant change is announced on the page itself before it takes effect.

10. Law and jurisdiction

Brazilian law applies, with jurisdiction in Joinville, Santa Catarina. If you are a consumer and the law of your country grants jurisdiction where you live, or protection that cannot be waived by contract, that guarantee prevails.
