An address carrying your code. It can go on your site, in your email signature, in a proposal or in a conversation.

Counted from the click to the moment the person creates an account — not to the moment they pay. The real path is starting free and going Pro later.

Last click wins
If the person clicks another affiliate’s link after yours, the referral becomes theirs. Whoever convinced them, earns it.

The 12 months start at the first payment
Someone who takes three months to subscribe does not burn three of your twelve.

The base is the net subscription
Payment fees and taxes come out first. AI usage never counts: it is a cost pass-through, not revenue.

What is not allowed
- Advertising on GH Potens or GH Act brand terms in search engines or social media.
- Look-alike domains, coupon pages, or anything that passes itself off as the brand.
- Unsolicited blasts — email, messages or automated comments.
- Referring yourself, your own company, or accounts you control.
None of this is red tape: it is what stops the work of honest referrers from being captured by people who do not refer at all.

What do I actually earn?
Half the net subscription of every active client, for twelve months. With ten clients at the founder price, that is recurring monthly income for as long as they stay.
Do I have to be an agency?
No. It works for consultants, accountants, mentors, teachers, content creators, and anyone who simply knows a lot of business owners.
How do I see my referrals?
An affiliate dashboard with clicks, accounts created, paying clients and what you are owed. It ships with the programme.
How and when do I get paid?
By bank transfer, once a month on a fixed date, 30 days after the client pays — the window that covers a card chargeback. The minimum payout is R$ 50 accumulated, and the balance is paid in full if you leave the programme.
Can I refer outside Brazil?
Yes. The app is in three languages and charges in each country’s currency, and commission outside Brazil goes out by international transfer, in your currency. The exact method is set out in the contract before the programme opens.
